ផ្ទះនិរន្តត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងជាស្ថាបត្យករមានគមនិតរចនាចីរភាពដែលចង់នាំប្រជាជនឱ្យរស់នៅកាន់តែមានភាពជិតស្និទ្ធក្នុងការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយផាសុខភាពនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាសម័យទំនើប ដោយការកំណត់រចនាសម្ពន្ធ័ផ្ទះបែបប្រពៃណីខ្មែរទៅជាប្រព័ន្ធផលិតនិងតំឡើងដ៏សាមញ្ញមានតំលៃសមរម្យនិងឆ្លាតវៃ។ ផ្ទះទាំងនេះមានគោលបំណងរក្សាបែបប្រពៃណីខណៈពេលកំពុងច្នៃប្រឌិតដំណោះស្រាយនៃការរស់នៅបៃតង។
NIRON HOUSE was created by a sustainably conscious architect who wanted to bring people closer to healthy living in modern Cambodia by redefining traditional Khmer home structure into a simple, affordable and smart system of production and installation. The houses aim to keep traditional flare while innovating green living solutions.

គំនិតចម្បងនៃការប្រើប្រាស់សម្ភារៈសាងសង់ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពដូចជាឈើ ផលិតផលកែច្នៃនិងផលិតផលធ្វើពីធម្មជាតិក្នុងស្រុក គឺសំរាប់ជំរុញការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយផាសុខភាពនិងកាត់បន្ថយការប៉ះពាល់ដល់បរិស្ថាន។
ផ្ទះនិរន្តរធ្វើអំពីឈើប្រមាន90%ដែលជាសម្ភារៈសំណង់ ធម្មជាតិដែលកកើតឡើងវិញហើយជាធនធានមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពថាមពលខ្ពស់ប្រៀបធាបនឹងដែកនិងបេតុង។

The main idea of using sustainable building materials such as wood, recycled and natural local crafted products is to support well being of the dweller and minimise environmental impact to the location it is in.
Niron House consists of more than 90% of wood, a natural material that is renewable, and an energy efficient resource with a lighter carbon footprint than steel or concrete. Wooden products locks approximately 1 ton of CO2 per 1 m3 of wood.
THE MASTERMIND
Leakhena is the mastermind behind it all. Born in Phnom Penh, she moved to Russia at the age of 6 with her family and started her primary education in post-Soviet Russia. She made her way back to Phnom Penh in late 90's searching her purpose in business studies. Shorty after, she returned to Moscow to adventure in architectural training at Moscow Institute of Architecture where great Russian architects completed their education.
Modular system design has been her obsession and 10 years after she dedicated her time and savings into developing NIRON HOUSE.

Setha Leakhena: Reimagining modular homes with sustainable materials
Phnom Penh born architect Leakhena has been obsessed with modular system design for over a decade before founding Niron House in 2019. The pilot project exemplifies how local reclaimed wood can be used to create versatile and more sustainable living solutions in Cambodia.

Wood as a material, plays an essential role in our restaurant concept. Forests on the earth are decreasing year by year, and it is a limited resource considering the number of days it takes to grow. Therefore, based on the concept of zero waste, we wanted to use recycled wood as much as possible for the wood used in the store, so we made a product in the store.
