LL FITNESS CENTRE

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Client: Lorenzo Lanzafame

Completion: 2020

Scope: Concept, Design development & PM

The client gave an important mission to maximise the 62 sqm of white-columns-and-walls room to turn into a gym space with 4 areas of reception with a merch shelf, weight-lifting and free gym space, and physiotherapy corner. With no exception, the design does not neglect the necessity of 17 sqm of a changing room, shower room, and washroom. This is the first branded design for the client and a design template for their next spaces for expanding the business.

MOBILE COFFEE

BEFAN YOGA STUDIO

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Client: Benjamin

Design: 2021

Scope: Concept & Design Development

As yoga studios become up-coming small businesses in the Penh, our client took advantage of the fitness craze and enquired about the design of 2 upper levels of an old shophouse into a zen self-check-in studio with a therapist room for mental health. Maroon checkered tiles and the hallow wall blocks are kept in the design to remind of the beautiful uniqueness of the building.
